Top 3 best MCU costumes
1. Doctor Strange
2. Black Panther
3. Iron Man Mark III
Honourable Mention: Scarlet Witch (CW) [It's not comic accurate, but I really like it]
3. Doctor Strange
2. Captain America
1. Black Panther
Which suit?
- Black Panther
- Iron-man
- Star Lord
Which suit?
@ganon15: Hard one. I like the design of MCU Iron-man overall but if I have to choose one suit in particular, I guess Mark 46 from Civil War or Mark 45 from Age of Ultron.
- Iron Man(Civil War stealth Armor)
- Captain America(Winter Soldier Shield suit)
- Black Panther(Fullbody Vibranium Outfit)
- Thor(His Dark World armor)
- Starlord(Short leather Jacket with Mask)
1. Iron Man Mark III - not only great costume design, but great CGI + practical.
2. Black Panther - maybe a little too much in the vein of other MCU costumes, but a pretty good adaptation and I love the vibranium weave texture.
3. Vision - well-translated, despite comic inaccuracy, and detail-oriented without being cluttered.
ooooh, tough call.
top 3 for me....
- Winter Soldier
- Vision (I know, I know BUT it worked for me)
- Original Iron Man armor (Silver, Mark 1 prototype from 1st movie).
followed closely by Dr.Strange.
Doctor Strange Black Panther
Hawkeye AoU (Come at me bros)
Captain America AoU/Civil War
Most of the answers in this thread make no sense. It is just that we have been accustomed to seeing Iron Man so much that we do not appreciate the sheer brilliancy the armor is. It is one of the best costumes of all time in all of live-action.
This is perfection, this is art.
Comparing borderline generic costumes of Thor, Cap, Quill, Strange, spidey to this is laughable.
And calling full on plain generic costumes of Clint, Winter Soldier, Black Widow better than this is an insult to the sheer beauty this is.
Almost every single armor looks amazing. The Avengers and AoU armors look the best imo but all are great. Even the hulkbuster is incredibly underrated.
I'd say the only ones in MCU that can compare to this so far are:
- Vision, amazing superhero look and costume
- Black Panther: Civil War armor. His new look doesn't look as good to me as his CW look
- I personally don't like Ant-Man/Yellow-Jacket costume but it is pretty cool too
Iron Man by far, especially if we're taking all suits into account. After that... I think I'm gonna go with Hela. Lastly, it's a toss-up between Cap and Thor. Leaning slightly towards Thor since Steve's OG Avengers suit didn't age as well.
Honorable mention to Captain Marvel. Even if you hate the character, they got the look down. And also to the Iron Spider.
Ironman all suits
Dr Strange
Captain Marvel when she is in Binary mode
Honorable Mention Yellow Jacket, Loki, Hela, Killmonger
I love street level, so I'd say Cap's Stealth Suit from TWS and T'Challa's Panther Habit from CW. As a third I could see a lot, honestly, but I'd say Tony, I really liked the Mark XLVI and the Mark L in particular. Doctor Strange, Vision and Hela's costumes deserve a shoutout, they're just as good as any. Also, while not as impressive or as pleasing visually, I have to give credit to the Hawkeye/Black Widow costumes (particularly in CW), for the sheer detail given all the stuff they're carrying.
3- Scarlet Witch (CW) - Not comic accurate, but looks great
2- Captain America (TWS) - Captain America’s best suit. It looks darker, and far more badass than any of his other suits
1- Black Widow (TWS/The Avengers) - Very comic book accurate, and looks great on screen
