Vision is the benevolent protector of humanity and a synthetic android possessing numerous powers, namely the ability to manipulate his own density.
Strength
By increasing his density, Vision can achieve superhuman feats of strength.
Durability
Vision's body is made of both synthetic tissue and vibranium, allowing him to withstand massive amounts of damage.
Flight
By lowering his density, Vision can achieve full flight, and demonstrates great speed and control whilst doing so.
Keep in mind he would have had to catch up to the city while it was in free fall.
Density Manipulation
Vision can alter his own density at will. By lowering his density, he can phase through solid objects.
Vision can also drastically raise his density to devastating effect.
Energy Projection
The mind gem in Vision's forehead grants him a number of special abilities, primarily the ability to project a powerful energy beam.
Generates enough heat with Iron Man's repulsers and Thor's lightning to melt Ultron's inner components until parts of his vibranium armor start to fall off.
Also shows he can accurately hit distant/flying targets
Other Abilities
Vision has the ability to interface with computers.
He was able to purge Ultron's consciousness from the internet. However this action was extremely labor-intensive and drained him of energy, knocking Vision unconscious.
Vision possesses minor shapeshifting abilities.
He is also one of the few individuals worthy to wield Thor's hammer.
