The Russos did a great job while in the MCU, but imo they massacred the power levels.
Consistency of skill, intelligence and power was an absolute mess, and it was whatever was needed at the time for the plot, changing from scene to scene.
And they ended up portraying Hulk as an absolute joke, which was unnecessary.
Overall, I'm glad they left.
