Under the Sea.
Iron Man and Black Widow find themselves under the sea looking for an object that fell from the sky. They think it might be a UFO and have gone to investigate. What they find is a very large underwater hideout for White Spider and her Russian government funded operation.
There is a segment in here that takes place at the Avenger's tower. Cap, Nova and Sue are taking turns trying to lift Thor's hammer. My son really gets a kick out of Nova and when Nova takes his turn, it got a few laughs out of my son. Nova has turned into the slap stick routine in this title, and my son thinks he's the greatest for some reason. The do some damage to Black Widow's room by accident and some papers fall on the floor. I hope more will come of this in a later issue.
Back tot he underwater station... Black Widow has been taken captive and gets White Spider to give up some good info on what they are doing there. We also find out that Iron Man has been captured as well.
The action sequences were good, they kept my sons interest as well. When Mr. Crabby... aka Namor... finds out there is a station in his domain... well, I'm sure you know what happens then. The ending left me wanting more. I hope that's a lead in to the next issue. Most of this title has been one-shots, but I like how this seems to be a story that will last an issue or two. My son is into this and wants to find out what happens to.... wait I can't give it away.
