    With J'onn and his partner Diane trapped in a crashed, burning vehicle, The Martian Manhunter is taken back to Before. On Mars, he lived a dual, duplicitous life. A bad cop, but a loving husband and father. If this were to be adapted to live action, maybe Ray Liotta would be cast. Or, since Rossmo's visuals depict J'onn more as a black man, someone like Samuel L. Jackson. The previous issue began with what may have been J'onn, considering revealing his true identity to his partner. Here, circums...
