    Farewell Manhunter 0

Among my favorite female superheroes, Kate Spencer was one of the best. And the reason was because her "super" side didn't come from metagenes, alien origin, accidents or whatever. It was perfect 0

That's all I can say. It was perfect, the whole damn series was perfect. Not to build it up so newbies experience hype backlash, but this is the best book DC is currently putting out (We can argue about whether or not the very best is Blue Beetle/Secret Six/Wonder Woman but Manhunter is up there) and you should pick up the trades.Reason why it only gets a 4/5 is the Michael Gaydos art. A Great Series Going Out With a Bad Issue! 2

This was not a good way to go for this series.  I have enjoyed this book quite a bit, but this two-parter really sucked.  The cover was good, but I have never been a fan really of the art of this book.  I know this issue is set in the future, but the characterization seemed off...maybe Marc Andreyko was sad for having to end it.  Sweeney Todd is a stupid villain also.Mask of Tengu for graphicnovelbookclub.com...
