Magneto Fans We know that Magneto is forced to fight the New Avengers and S.H.I.E.L.D. He begs them to kill him and is defeated by a direct brain attack by a S.H.I.E.L.D. psychic. Xorn is forced into the sun and Magneto's body is taken into S.H.I.E.L.D. custody.

The helicopter carrying his body explodes and Magneto's body is not found among the wreckage.
