Is he powerful enough to cut the earth in half?

I know that a powerful magnetic change on our world can literaly cut earth in big slices (like pizza). Still I don't know if it can cut the earth in half, so I don't know if Magneto can.

I don't think he could and it's very unlikely we will see him do anything like this anytime soon.
