    Madrox

Character » Madrox appears in 1792 issues.

Jamie Madrox, also known as Multiple Man, is a mutant with the ability to create duplicates of himself through physical contact. These "dupes" can later be reabsorbed, along with all of their memories and experiences. Best known for his X-Factor history, he recently rejoined the newly reformed X-Corporation.

Is he still a link between humans and mutants or just a mutant?

I remember for awhile in X-factor they were saying Madrox really isn't a mutant but like a forgotten species or something like that, that connects humans and mutant.

They are going to ignore that for a while until a good story arc can be made about it. But I think they still reference the fact that he isn't a mutant in some issues.
