A bold and fearless girl reporter, Louise Lippincott was active during World War Two. She met and fell in love with the superhero General Glory, aka Joe Jones, who also loved her. However, the boss of General Glory, Newkirk Sharp, was also infatuated with Louise and plotted a scheme to take out Joe out of Louise life.
After framing him with a false crime and stripping him of his memories and powers, Sharp married Louise. However, even believing him to be a traitor and murderer, Louise never stopped loving Joe and died of a broken heart, murmuring his name with her last breath.
Louise Lippincott was a parody of the girlfriend reporter, a common trope of the Golden Age superheroes, parodied in General Glory. She is analog to Peggy Carter,
