The last of the Czarnians, Lobo is known and feared across the universe as a bounty hunter who never misses his mark. Super-strong, immortal and unstoppable, the Main Man has frequently clashed with Superman, although they have on occasion found themselves on the same side.
"The Outlaws come face to face with the bounty hunter calling himself Lobo, but no one’s who they appear to be as Red Hood and Starfire endeavor to save Arsenal from the Main Man."
Taken from the DC website solit for the book. Note that he's only "calling" himself Lobo still. It seems that we're still stuck with Blue Jackman.
Both the original Lobo and the new Lobo are still alive and running around in the DCU so its possible to see both make appearances. recently the old Lobo has been in the stormwatch books while the new Lobo has been in supergirl. they have no removed the old Lobo from continuity yet.

@dagmar_merrill: ok, but that doesn't change the fact that the new Lobo is hunting down the old one and hasn't found him yet, so apparently hes still out there somewhere.
and also, what makes something canon or not? ive never understood that.
and also also, what issue are you guys talking about. i looked up #29 and didnt see any of the things your talking about.

Stormwatch isn't cannon anymore.
What? Since when was that announced?
I'll see if I can find it again but it was a while ago..
