Did it ever come out anywhere just how Lobo was barred from either place?

How are you even banished from Hell?

Not sure if I'm 100% correct on this but I think he was banned after he eradicated his entire race and planet. There may have been another reason but I think that's it. I'm not too knowledgable on Lobo, though.

@ArturoCalaKayVee I've never heard of that happening, but I've never met anyone like Lobo.

@TheCannon: I think it's ONLY happened to Lobo. Which is strange because he's really not all that. He's a jobber for the most part.

@TheCannon: He's tried too but they didn't let him. He's too destructive and isn't a team player.

@ArturoCalaKayVee I know he's tried, but I would like to see him ofically join. I would do a complete revamp of the League, but that's just me. I wouldn't have Lobo a member immediately, but it would eventually happen.

@TheCannon: I don't think he'd fit in with the initial JLA but maybe a subsection of it. If he somehow joined the JLI, I think it would be interesting since he has no ties to the planet and it's nations.

@ArturoCalaKayVee I never thought of Justice League International. That would be cool.

Basically he died and went to Hell and caused so much chaos that they booted him out, because he was still dead he went to Heaven and did pretty much the same leading to god issuing what I call the Memo of Immortality to keep him out of both places. And yes it is an actual memo from god

He's in the next arc of Deathstroke.

It's described that God won't take him, and satan is afraid of him... basically he dies and gets sent back or reincarnated.

He was technically a member of JLI before he got kicked off.
