A saxophone player who by chance met Ezra Griffith in the subway though Ezra wasn't too thrilled to see Loblow. Loblow recorded music for Ezra Griffith's father music label in Memphis, Tennessee back in 1941. He wasn't able to defend his nation during World War II due to flat feet. Loblow checked out a book at the library titled Music and Magic and went to the Griffith's home. He began to play his saxophone causing the local residents to fall into a trance. Ezra was on the verge of shooting Loblow until the Phantom Stranger interceded and stopped the music from hypnotizing people.
