Background
Hollywood based socialite who also occasionally acts and sings. Involved in numerous criminal infractions. Most often in comics she appears as a character to be lampooned or not taken seriously (incidentally as she is in Hollywood.) At one point she was regarded as a future adult star based on her childhood acting career which was closely tied to films made by Disney. However, since her volatile career and behaviour since her teenage years, she is regarded as a problem and Disney with its family friendly image has distanced itself from her.

She is routinely featured in Mad Magazine's "20 Dumbest" issues which examine the dumbest people, things or events on a yearly basis (having appeared in the 2004, 2005, 2007 and 2010 versions.)
