    Lex Luthor

Character » Lex Luthor appears in 4366 issues.

Lex Luthor, Superman's arch-nemesis, is one of the most brilliant men alive, whose hatred of "interfering aliens" pushes him down the path of a sociopath. Known for his "ends justifies the means" approach to life, his single-minded and often brutal focus puts him at odds with The Man of Steel. Luthor is arguably DC Comics' most iconic villain.

What's wrong with Jesse Eisenberg's Lex Luthor in BvS?

    *Spoilers*

Some bloggers say he's weird like alien Brainiacs kid, other film critics and writers said he was originally cast as Jimmy Olsen so was possibly mis-cast or wrote incorrectly? Other people here on comicvine said he's too much like the Riddler or something?

Also for some strange reason the director/ editors cut this scene from the film

maybe his character would have worked better had they introduced Lex Luthor earlier, as in during the Man of Steel movie
