Lewis met
Alice Liddle in high school. After asking her to prom, they continued their romantic relationship and eventually married. Together they bore two children:
Carol Ann and
Johnny.
Years later, after his wife snapped and attempted suicide, Lewis began an affair with a dominatrix prostitute. When Johnny discovered the his father's affair he murdered first the prostitute and then Lewis.
During the events of
Escape from Wonderland, Lewis was temporarily resurrected in the form of a perfect and false reality by the
Jabberwocky. Lewis was seemingly back to his normal life, if an idealized version.This lasted for only a short time. The reality was shattered when Calie rejected it and returned to Wonderland proper.
