One of the three founders of the Legion, able to control electricity. In his first appearance (Adventure # 247) he was called Lightning Boy. Garth Ranzz, Lightning Lad once more, was one of the founders of the Legion of Super-Heroes, and coined their first battle cry: "Eat it, Grandpa!" He is dating Saturn Girl, and says that the only way to successfully date a telepath is to be "way honest." He was instrumental in gaining legal status for the Legion, but forgot to read the small print in the agreement - the UP now has the right to use the Legion's image in any way they wish, including spinning the Legion's purpose to mean that, "...real rebels embrace authority!" How this conflict of ideas will be resolved is currently unknown.
Ayla Ranzz, also known as Lightning Lass or Spark is a heroine in the DC Comics universe. She is a member of the Legion of Super-Heroes. Currently, Ayla Ranzz has her gravitational powers, but in this incarnation does not appear to have any trouble being different from her brother. She often works with Star Boy, countering his ability to make things heavier with her ability to make them lighter. She apparently had a relationship with Brin Londo - Timber Wolf - which ended badly.
A reporter and Superboy's love interest in the Elseworlds story "Superboy's Legion", being the story's Lois Lane equivalent. Possibly a descendant of Jimmy Olsen.
M'Rissey was a prospective member of the Legion of Super-Heroes, but was rejected. He has a genius level intellect when it comes to applied calculus and trivia. He was later accepted into the Legion.

From the planet Bgztl, able to phase through solid matter. Tinya Wazzo is once again using the Phantom Girl name, but her history is slightly different. Bgtzl is a world that is slightly out of phase with this one. She is able to pass back and forth between these worlds at will, but can often be seen in both, regardless of what she might be doing in one. This can lead to strange situations and misunderstandings with her teammates.
Proty, short for the Protean Beast of Antares, is a sentient, shape-shifting animal pet of Chameleon Boy from the Legion of Super-Heroes. Proty sacrificed his life so that Lightning Lad could live.
Quislet was an energy being from the dimension Teall and became a member of the Legion of Super-Heroes.

Reflecto was originally a mysterious new super-hero that was revealed to be Superboy possessed by the spirit of Ultra Boy. Later the Time Trapper recreated Reflecto as a new and separate individual, with powers to reflect attacks back on his attackers.
Rond Vidar is a member of the Legion of Super-Heroes and a Green Lantern.
One of the three founders of the Legion, highly telepathic. In the current series, Titanians now only communicate telepathically having lost their vocal cords to evolution. Thus, Imra now only communicates by broadcasting her thoughts with the illusion of sound. However, only Lightning Lad seems to be aware of the fact that she's not really speaking. Any situation where telepathy is useless, Imra is rendered mute. Her mother is on the council of the United Planets.
A serpentine member of the Legion of Super-Heroes who appeared during the first reboot of DC's 30th-century universe, now known as Earth-247. She has the power to project intensely realistic illusions and is an alternate version of Projectra (Sensor Girl) from main Legion continuity.
