    THE GOOD: I really like the art in both stories. The first one we get Steve Lightle back drawing some Legion action. I really like the way he makes the character expression. Then we have pre-Flashpoint artist Yildiray Cinar. He's back because he was promised the chance to draw a story with Lighting Lad and his city he created Istanbul.     I feel Like I'm being kidnapped. 1

    Wowzer. I just gotta say, Paul Levitz just doesn’t know how to disappoint when dishing out some Legion. Seriously, if I were the smoking kind I would have lit one up right after reading this. Wow.
