    Lee Bermejo is a self-taught artist, with little formal training, who started off at Wildstorm as an intern in 1997. His photorealistic pencil work has made him one of the rising stars in comics today.

    He has worked on a few Marvel titles like Daredevil, and X-Men Legacy, as well as Stephen King's The Stand and The Dark Tower.

    His longest contribution to any series is Vertigo's Hellblazer with 33 covers under his belt and an interior issue as well. He is currently the cover artist for all the Vertigo Crime Novels.

    Bermejo is best know for his work with Brian Azzarello on the Original Graphic Novel Joker and well as the mini-series Lex Luthor: Man of Steel and Batman/Deathblow: After the Fire.
