    Can someone tell me if the current Layla is young or adult version? (I dont read xfactor but I want to understand her character)

    Current Layla is an adult, having spent a good deal of time in the future.

    Yeah after Messiah CompleX, she grew up in a future alternate timeline.  She's returned to the present day as a grown woman (who's still as know-it-all & obnoxious).

    @ComicMan24: The one that appeared to Madrox when he was at the church with John Maddox? That was an illusion of what she really was, it was probably closer in definition to an astral projection of herself.
