    Very Slow, Very Small Improvements 0

    Improvements, though minor, continue to be made in Kull the Destroyer Kull the Destroyer #19 continues to improve the series quality, though only very slightly over the previous few issues.The single largest improvement is the artwork. It appears that penciler Ed Hannigan and inker Alfredo Alcala spent more time on this issue than they did the previous ones.
