    For practicing forbidden magics Krokwel was sentenced to the Forest of Sorrows for all eternity. It was James Braddock, leader of the Captain Britain Corps, who passed down this sentence. Many years later Krokwel would help Braddock's daughter, Psylocke, save the life of her teammate, Fantomex. However, the cost of Krokwel's assistance was drastic and Psylocke paid dearly for it.
