    Conner Kent, also known as Kon-El, is a human/Kryptonian hybrid clone of Superman and Lex Luthor created by N.O.W.H.E.R.E. for the purpose of being the mantle of Superman. Instead, he stuck to his own path, and became a member of the Teen Titans.

    I think the third DNA strand is just a reaction between Jon kryptonian and human dna and that might be the reason why he was dying. But I hope they talk about this in the comics

    I wish they would squash this quick,and just say it is the two dna strands mutating into a third unique strand,and get over it,and get to telling good fun stories
