    Kodansha Limited (株式会社講談社, Kabushiki-gaisha Kōdansha) is the largest Japanese publisher and produces the manga magazines Nakayoshi, Afternoon and Weekly Shonen Magazine. It was founded by Seiji Noma in 1909.

    They also publish a large number of books in English on different subjects about Japan from language to arts and craft, to martial arts as well as translated fiction from Japan under the Kodansha USA subsidiary.
