Kitty can destroy electronic object phasing through them interrupting their electron flow. Can she does the same thing to the humans interrupting the electron flow of their brains? Has she ever done something like this??

No, I don't think she's ever shown to do something of the like.

@Veitha: dont know about the electron flow with machines, but shes phazed through plenty of people. not through the skull though.

yes she can and she has done so several times. check out Excalibur, AoA, and Wolverine 125. she also has the power of possession though the person has to be dead/unconcious for her to control the body.
