I hope they'll release the trades soon!
Kick-Ass
Character » Kick-Ass appears in 69 issues.
Dave Lizewski was an average high school student, who's dream was becoming a hero. Dissatisfied with his underwhelming life, he created an improvised superhero suit and armed himself with a pair of batons. As time went by, he became known as the "greatest superhero of all time", Kick Ass.
Kick-Ass #8 Review
Huh, an age gate? Is that new or have I just never stumbled upon it before?
I like that cover art. I'm surprised to discover that this is just the end of book one.

Ya gotta love that title.
It's the responsible thing to do if you feel the content may not be appropriate for all audiences. I always find it ridiculous how people are quick to censor nudity, but for some reason violence is alright.
That title you mentioned sort of reminds me of all the subtitles they add to the Ratchet and Clank games.
Size Matters / Up Your Arsenal / Going Commando / A Crack in Time / A Quest for Booty
Judging from what we saw in this review. It will be 'fried' balls to the wall. David may never have kids now.

" Hehe... you said "Red Lamp" ... xD "
I understand the mix up when you consider the movie Red Mist is stealing Red L.A.M.P.'s thunder. There is some serious irony there when you consider how Red Mist was stealing Kick-Ass' credit.
" I hope they'll release the trades soon! "You can get notified for when it comes out on Amazon... but I can only find a hardcover there. They also have the back issues there for waaay too much money (between 18 and 35$ an issue!).
As far as issue 8 is concerned, I thought it was great and worth the wait and really got my excited for the movie. Although I highly doubt it'll be anything related to the comics (they probably have a lot of screen time for Big Daddy (I figure they wouldn't get Nicolas Cage if it wasn't a big role...) I liked the little movie trailer reference issue 8 did.
Wow this issue made me kinda sad in a way.I love kick-ass and love the story, but the end of the first ark made me think something else is going to happen. Well other then that I loved this issue...and it FINALLY!! came out LOL.I hope in the near future we see more heros and Villains showing up in the kick-ass universe ^^
I have always wanted to read this series but unfortunately I have never seen this on sale over here in Australia so Im hoping they will release the trade soon so I can buy it of E-Bay.

" People still read Kick Ass? "What else would people do... look at the grimy and gory pictures?
