In Wonder Woman #3 (1943) when Wonder Woman returned to paradise island for what she described as amazon Christmas Baroness Paula Von Gunther had Keela stow away on the invisible plain. Once on the island she tried and failed to kill wonder woman before stealing a magic girdle from Queen Hippolyta. The girdle allowed her to out run and out fight Wonder Woman, taking her hostage until she was surprised by Etta Candy.
Once subdued it was revealed one of Keela’s bracelets had a radio tracker in it that was leading a Japanese battleship with the baroness on it to the island. The Japanese were easily pushed back and their ship destroyed by Steve Trevor, who was conveniently flying over looking for them.
The baroness and several of her slave girls made it to the island and were quickly captured. While Keela’s fate isn’t stated it can be assumed that she was sent to the nearby reform island with the rest of slave girls.
