    Overview

    Should Have Ended With A Kiss 0

    The final installment of Kabuki: The Alchemy is a bit of a letdown after last issue - an issue that perfectly crystallized the ideas of the series to date.  This issue seems to go beyond the edge, and not always in a good way. Kabuki has finally broken free, and with the help of Akemi "some friends in publishing" (*cough* Marvel *cough*) and "The author", she's exposed the Noh.  All well and good up to that point, but the remainder of the issue has M.C. Square getting so deep into pseudoscience ...

    I have never read Kabuki before...so I decided I would give it a try. I am a big Bendis fan and I remember how he used to about David Mack all the time and I have Mack's Daredevil work and I thought it was unique and very well done. Well went to three different comic shops before I found a copy. I sat down to read this book not knowing what to expect...after a few pages I felt like the top of my head blew off there was so much information coming at me. It was wonderful.
