Superman. He's a natural-born leader, even if he hasn't quite come into his own yet in the New 52.

Aquaman. More trustworthy than Batman and more experienced than Superman. The only one I'd say could challenge him for leadership from a practicality standpoint would be Wonder Woman, but I feel he still has the edge.

Bats. More committed to the mission than any other member.

I wanna see Superman lead him, no quarters given. Attemps by Batman, Aquaman and WW to take leadership from him should be portrayed as wholly unsuccessfull.

Also I don't think there should be any one leader. Never liked that idea.

I actually think Wonder woman's the best choice, has the best qualities of batman and superman

I would pick Wonder Woman, she is a good blend of leadership skills and tactical thinking, wile still being iconic enough to stand at the front of the League in the world's eye.

Wasn't Barry the leader in the Silver Age?

Anyway, I think it's best when the League elects a chairman for a term of a certain length. Superman, J'onn, Diana, and many more have all held the chair at certain times. In the 2006 series, Black Canary was chairwoman.
