Im loving justice league (new 52) im currently on issue 4. Was thinking of reading/buying JL america, but want to hear some opinion on it before I make my decision. Also it would be an introduction to MM, I think, does it tell anything about his origin? I dont know much about him I just started reading comics, but I know his weakness is fire. So do you guys recommend it? Is it on par with justice league? Will this be an on going series, or a short series that will end or get canceled.

Its good and I don't think it is any danger of getting cancelled anytime soon. You definitely should get it.

I think the last issue had some Martian Manhunter origin at the end.

It's ongoing, I think. yeah it goes in a little bit of MMH's origin and I'm pretty sure they're slowly revealing more and more each issue. In my opinion, JLA is not as good as Justice League, but it's still good. It has a lot of potential and I'm very very interested in how the team will do in the future. The team is unique and has cool members (Green Arrow, MMH, Catwoman, Katana, Hawkman). I'm looking forward to learning more about Vibe and Stargirl. Plus, something crazy happens at the end of JLA #4 (i won't spoil it, if you don't know yet). I recommend it

@al_capown: Is decent,but is improving...you should buy because of Martian Manhunter back-up.

A very enjoyable book, I would recommend it for all of the reasons above.
