    Justice League Dark #0

    THE GOOD:
The art is done by Lee Garbett and it looks stunning. He makes the characters look younger and also makes them look like they are really invested into the story. The facial expressions are strong and the backgrounds make you feel like these characters are in a real world and this is happening. The story is phenomenal and adds a whole bunch to the characters of Zatanna and John Constantine and also introduces Nick Necro into the New 52 and the end result is pure fun and an interesting story. Zatanna really gets to shine in this issue and she comes off as a strong female who is really edgy. Nick was also an interesting character to meet and really explore. The situation is a little reflecting on the current arc and it raises the stakes to see what the Books of Magic can do to someone. The ending is very climactic and you rush to the end to see what is going to happen. The end does not disappoint and the end really makes you put your characters in a different perspective.

    THE BAD:
The art looks a little different on a few pages but it's probably due to the different inkers on the book.

    THE VERDICT: 5/5 (Perfect)
This is by far my  favorite issue of Justice League Dark and it really renews my interest into the series. Jeff Lemire does a great job at making the character likable but also have a real motive that may not be so likable but you still feel for the character. If you have been reading Justice League Dark then you need to get this because it really goes back and introduces the story that is going on but in a way that ups the story without being connected. If you haven't been reading Justice League Dark, get this issue and then go back and buy 9,10,11 and 12. You will not regret it.

With all the nice things getting said about this series since Jeff Lemire took over writing duties since issue 9, combined with the release of the new Constantine series, I decided to get the back issues of this, and boy am I happy I have. It's been phenomenal, and one of the most unique series I've seen in the New 52, and I'm glad I've given it a try.PlotJohn Constantine has traveled to the USA in search of Nick Necro, and meets him, and his partner Zatanna in the Oblivion Bar. Necro takes Cons...

The Good:If you have been following Justice League Dark then you know how awesome this series has been. If you have never read this series then this is a great foray into its awesomeness. The art and writing is superb as ever. In this story we learn how Zatanna and Constantine first met and trained together in magic and eventually have a relationship. We also meet a new character Nick Necro who is their teacher and who will play a part in the current storyline. The story is narrated by Constanti...
