Jubilee is a long-time member of the X-Men and founding member of Generation X. She previously lost her mutant powers on M-Day, and then was turned into a vampire. Most recently, she re-gained her pyrotechnic abilities and was turned back into a mutant .
Gen-X This was one of my favourite Jubilee looks. It was a cool step up from her original costume and gave her "spunky" attitude a bit of an edge. Aside from this the only other costume I'd give props to is the "Age of X" Jubilee.
I think she rocked those hotpants in the Age of X reality:

Jubilee's look is a little bit difficult to update. It's not easy to work that yellow coat, but she can't really lose it because it's the most important visual cue she has as a character. I think she needs a bit of a costume update, or at least a little bit of a tweak in the design. As much as I like her classic costume, it's too 90's for this decade.

@jubilee042: I agree with you as well .... I don't like short yellow raincoats, it needs to be the long yellow raincoat IMO, needs to hang at least to her knees.
