"While a Universe Trembles!" - (Lee / Kirby) In order to keep the reporter from revealing his secret identity, Thor takes him to Asgard allowing him to witness The Absorbing Man's battle with Odin. On Earth, one of the Norn Stones has fallen into the hands of a witch doctor, transforming him into a powerful being.
    2. Tales of Asgard, Home of the Mighty Norse Gods: "The Jaws of the Dragon!" - (Lee / Kirby) The Asgardian mission to stop Ragnarok runs into danger at the Pillars of Utgard where they must face a great stone dragon!

    Thor Does Not Save the Day - Twice 0

    Two Deus ex Machina endings in one issue - in "While a Universe Trembles!", Asgard is threatened by Loki and the Absorbing Man, and it's up to Thor to save the day... well, not exactly, it's more like up to divine intervention, as Odin solves everything with a wave of his hand.  O.K., so at least Thor gets to save the day in his own comic book in the back up story, "The Jaws of the Dragon!", right? Wrong again! This time it's Balder who blows a magic horn and defeats the opposing monster.  I'm a...
