    The grandson of Jonathan Joestar and grandfather of Jotaro Kujo, Joseph Joestar is the mischievous yet good-hearted protagonist of the second JoJo's Bizarre Adventure arc "Battle Tendency" and returns as a secondary character throughout the next few arcs of the franchise.

    Battle Tendency - The second story arc of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, This is the arc where Joseph Joestar is introduced and is also the main protagonist of this story. It tells the story of how he and his allies saved the world from the wrath of a group of ancient warriors known as the Pillar Men.

    Stardust Crusaders - The third story arc of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Joseph Joestar returns as one of the heroes of the story, although this time he is much older and his role as main protagonist has been replaced by his grandson, Jotaro Kujo. In this story, Joseph, Jotaro and the rest of their allies race towards Egypt in order to defeat the revived Dio Brando , who has always plagued the JoJo bloodline since the start of the series.
