    2. Loaves Upon the Waters - (Conway / Ayers / Tanghal) Scalphunter comes across a drowning man and rescues him, but the man is delusional and neither may survive their encounter.

    Production Values Are Up 0

    Hex is shot (yes, really). Almost a five star comic, but not quite. With this issue the production values are up a lot. First of all the comic is expanded by eight pages to accommodate a new Scalphunter back-up story. And while the artwork in both stories is nothing to write home about - especially the Hex feature, which seems to lack detail - there is something notable in that Dan Spiegle is starting to break out of the traditional comic book panels - not enough to be distracting, but just enou...
