I don't know if its against the rules of the site to talk about fanfics or link different websites in threads, but I was browsing Fanfiction.net and stumbled on an apparently innocuous story that proposed how the first meeting of the first Robin Dick Grayson with the eponymous Clown Prince of Crime would be.

And I have to say, it surprised me with how in such a short story it managed to create the perfect picture of what I define the character of the Joker. Someone apparently harmless and goofy who proves himself to be só much, much worse.
