    So, mini-spoiler (1st episode of the series)

    Constantine has the helmet of Dr.Fate. One overpowered mofo if i ever seen one. And everyone is lamenting throughout the season how fcked they are due to The Darkness coming.

    Why didn't he put the helmet on someone disposable or who would die anyway? Dr. Fate should easily be able to stop The Darkness, isnt he?
