I thought after some revisions this show could have been amazing. I think with shows like buffy and supernatural that it had a great potential to draw in a fandom and a blue print to work with for the whole supernatural tv shows but it wasnt executed well.

do you think that a second season would have shown more promise? do you think the show was bad to begin with? if so, how?

Yes, it should and maybe introducing some Comics characthers. Maybe making Félix Faust using Dark and the demons for his plans. Maybe Constatine teaming up with Zatanna or Black Orchild or Blue Devil or Swamp Thing or even Etrigan or even Hawk and Dove. Of course they can use some DC villiains like Enchantress or Klarium or Morgana le Frey

@vitalius: yeah they should have more felix though idk if swamp thing would be possible....thats a lot of effects to have

damn right it deserved a second season. the way it ended was on such a cliffhanger and it needed time to grow. it needed less episodes like the earlier, more lighthearted eps and more eps like the saint of last resorts arc.

Of all shows, Constantine deserved a second season, more than arrow,flash and daredevil etc etc.

@thelaughingmagician103: me too but I feel Constantine was one of those shows that had something golden but could never show it, I was upset when they announced it was officially canceled

@redatom1234: supernatural is a testament to the fact that constantine could have been an amazing show since so much of spn comes off like they ripped it out of Constantine's mythos

@willienotwilliam: I need to start getting into supernatural, and I know at some point, Its gonna get me re watching the latter half of smallville, when lana wasn't annoying

@redatom1234: yeah the first five seasons of spn were great but after that they became nothing more than a way to bring in views/money for cw and the writing shows
