    One of the best

Joe Kelly's JLA run ends with one of the best written and most exciting stories yet. When the villains in Arkham begin weeping for their sins, and the volatile world leaders of Bialya and Turaq come to peace, everyone is confounded. When the investigation runs deeper, one of the JLA's own will have to step up to the plate in order to stop this telepathic menace, or else the entire world will be in extreme danger.

What I liked especially about this collection is that Joe Kelly sort of led up to with his other stories in previous volumes. Plastic Man's son in "Bouncing Baby Boy" from JLA: Golden Perfect is present in this, as well as the Scorch/Martian Manhunter romance from the previous collection: "Rules of Engagement". The result is a season finale like story that encompasses all of the characters and is very epic in scope.

Definitely not one to be missed. Better if read all the previous volumes relating to this collection.
