1st story: "Star-Seed, The Secret Origin of the New JLA"

Starro captures the Flash (Wally West) and is taking over the world. The Spectre warns the Justice League America not to interfere as it would only help Starro accomplish his goals faster. Instead he suggests letting the government destroy the town of Blue Valley killing everyone in the city as well as Starro. The Justice League decide to let Spectre rid them of their powers and and take on Starro. That way if they are taken over by Starro it will not be able to use their powers against others. The Justice League are quickly subdued but Batman is able to break in save Flash and by extension save the Justice League. He also takes out Starro

2nd story: "Lost Pages"

Superman is retested to be in the Justice League due to his new powers. He is tested and displays the wide range of his abilities as everyone in the Justice League with the exception of Batman tests him. Batman felt there was no need to test him on the pure fact that he is Superman.

3rd story: "Day In The Life" featuring Martian Manhunter

The Martain Manhuner goes through his day, and the different aspects of his life on earth. This is mainly done in helping other parts of the world that Superheroes don't tend to protect. He also uses his shapeshifer abilities to do different jobs learning what it is like to be more human.
