    Origin

It's all about the Benjamins, at least that how the upwardly mobile Morgan family saw it. With this mentality imparted on her Jill Morgan grew up in a conservative household learning about money and finances at an early age. As a kid, selling lemonade wasn’t enough for this young lady, she added finger sandwiches and various forms of cookies mixed and repackaged in sandwich bags. Jill’s mom stayed on her about her about education. Even extracurricular activities had to have some kind of value such as chess. She originally hated chess club, but her competitive nature eventually pushed her to be better than others. By junior year she was the best player, dethroning their champion.

While college became harder for many, Jill continued on her current path of excellence entering Harvard on scholarship with the rest paid for by her parents. While Jill took care of business in the class room, she still managed to hit up a few parties. Though she stayed away from drugs, alcohol, not so much. She became a party drinker and when she wasn’t working hard, she was playing hard. That’s when she met Landon Talbane. They had a brief fling as Landon was a ladies man and she knew he wouldn’t be faithful, but he would make for a great contact.

Upon graduating she answered an ad for a personal assistant. The job would take her back to her hometown Chicago. As fate would have it the ad was placed by billionaire Natas Talbane, her former fling’s dad. While she wanted to work in the business office, the job started at 50K a year, so she applied, using none other than Landon as a reference. He told her he’d vouch for her, but she better be sure she wanted the position. She definitely did and wanted the job. Expecting it to be basic assistant job she wasn’t nearly ready for what she was in for.

    Story Arcs

Jill no longer works for Natas and is said to be a fundamentalist Christian. It’s implied the things she went though at Talbane Inc. were the catalyst for this change.

    Epitaph: Bread and Salt Movie

In the 2013 movie Jill is seen resigning from Talbane Inc. sighting disapproval of things Mr. Talbane wanted to do, such as implanting microchips in people and wanting to control people through banking and information. Though originally a thinly vieled allusion to the Biblical “Mark of the Beast,” Talbane’s ideals are eerily similar to China’s current “Social Credit” system. It was also stated that she had seen or been a part of certain “rituals” that she no longer wanted part in.

    Decoy

Jill is one of the people Katrina Knox told Decoy to speak to for information. It’s implied that not only does she know about the “Dark Reign” (a group of cults said to run the world), but The Sisterhood of Lilith was specially singled out alluding to the idea that she was once a member, but this has been retconned in updates.

    Powers

While Jill has sworn off the use magic she can perform small ritual magic spells. The execution of said spells would be hit or miss.
