Jeryn Hogarth

Brief History

Jeryn Hogarth is an attorney, scholar and a real flirt with the ladies. He was a business manager and legal counsel for the Heroes for Hire team, which then consisted of Luke Cage and Danny Rand, better known as Iron Fist. During the starting period, when Luke and Iron Fist just started their business, he was owner of a third part of the operation. He however never went into action himself.

He parted ways with the team when Iron Fist was apparently killed (although this turned out to be someone else). Sometime later, he helped out Luke as his manager, but returned full swing to the superhero legal counseling when Iron Fist returned and asked him to, again, be his legal counselor.

Jessica Jones

Jeryn Hogarth appears as a main character in the Jessica Jones Netflix series, portrayed by Carrie-Anne Moss. In a sharp departure from the comics, the MCU version of the character is a woman rather than a man. However, Hogarth's flirtatious demeanor with women is retained from the comics, as she is a lesbian here.
