Jerry's Kids (Batman and the Outsiders was already taken) was founded and trained by Mr. West.
Members included: Aqua-Bee, Lay-Z-Boy, Lethargic Lad, Little Green Boy and Walrus Boy.
On their first mission, facing Mr. Mimico, Lay-Z-Boy used his awesome chameleon powers to turn into a very comfortable lounge chair. Mr. Mimico could not resist and sat down, however, when he arose he stood upon Aqua-Bee, killing him instantly.
Mr. West felt he had not trained the young heroes properly and disbanded the team, but gave them permission to continue as heroes on their own time so they could make the investment into their costumes worthwhile.
Lethargic Lad and Little Green Boy would become founding members of The Lethargic Lads. Walrus-Boy would be a one-time member of The No Mutants. Lay-Z-Boy would serve as a member of The All New No Mutants.
