    Parker's earliest work in comics was Solitaire, published by Malibu Comics. He later illustrated comic books published by DC Comics, Dark Horse Comics and Image Comics, and worked as a storyboard artist on the television cartoon Big Guy and Rusty the Boy Robot.

    His work as a writer at Marvel includes the miniseries Agents of Atlas, Marvel Adventures Fantastic Four, and Marvel Adventures The Avengers.

    Parker is also the writer of Walk-In and the second volume of Guy Richie's Gamekeeper for Virgin Comics.

    Recent projects include Monster-Size Hulk #1 which pits the Hulk against Frankenstein's Monster (Marvel Comics). He will also be returning to Agents of Atlas with an ongoing series. He has also written a mini-series for Wildstorm, called Mysterius: The Unfathomable He will be writing for the relaunch of Marvel series Exiles which sees the return of popular character Blink who will be leading an all new team.

    He is originally from North Carolina.

    He just wrapped up a run on Aquaman and is the current writer of Batman '66 and Justice League United for DC.
