    Green Phoenix is when Jean and the Phoenix are not one, and the Phoenix is not in control - it is just Jean with the Phoenix Force abilities(resurrection, cosmic flame) and VAST, and I mean VAST, telepathy and telekinesis. I'm thinking she's probably on par or a little weaker then Thor, so.. Thanos might be able to, but SS? Dunno.

    @Edamame: Possibly? I don't know.. It's possible, but it's also likely that it could end in a draw of some sort because I don't think Vulcan can take away the PK or resurrection..?

    if you're asking who can KO Jean Grey/Phoenix, there's plenty of characters who can.... 
    Thor, Thanos, Magneto (I wouldn't have listed him if he hadn't already done it before), etc...
