The hellfire club (where Jean was made the black queen), the North pole (where Jean took wolverine to kill her in Endsong) and a Monastery in France (where Xmen fought the acolytes, and Jean fought and tk blasted Mellencamp over 300 miles away).

After that, Cable tracks down the psychic manifestations (which she confirmed by Rachel to be memories), and finds more locations around the world where there have been psychic manifestations before. At one of them, a manifestation of magneto appeared to fight the Xmen (obviously a memory from Jean, because magneto has been a good guy for a long time now, but Jean wouldn't know because he was a villain when she was still alive).

So that's a mind wiped Jean grey,subconsciously making psychic manifestations of her memory on the moon, new York, the North pole, Antarctica, and the Indian Ocean, all the way from Arizona where the Phoenix trapped her.

Also, her psychic manifestations/energy cause psychic trauma to Rachel grey and Cable when they come in contact with it (two omega level telepaths)

Some have argued that the manifestations were made by the Phoenix to lure the Xmen in, but why would the Phoenix do that, then try to chase the Xmen a way when they got to Arizona? Or try to kill them by sending a army of dead Xmen to keep them from reaching Jean?

X-men unlimited 37. you can check it out if you're interested. it's a good story for Xavier, kitty and magik. sine comedic wolverine antics too.

Xavier got a nice feat, sensing what Magik was about to do in another dimension (though 6 xaviers were easily stomped by Mephisto, he ignored their combined mental blasts)

Lets give a rundown on Jean feats since the last month.

Nothing interesting has happened though...

Extermination #2... I can't actually received Jean did anything there.

Extermination #3... Jean shields tyke as he's about to be crushed by the pressure at the bottom of the ocean. His slight exposure to that pressure still has him in coma. Shows how strong jeans shields are since she goes to the bottom of the ocean without being harmed in Red #1 and fights there in #7 while lifting up buildings.

Return of Wolverine, she tracks wolverines location. But she's using cerebro, so Meh.

Xmen Red #7 she holds up parts of falling buildings under water and shields herself and gentle while providing oxygen.

X-men red #8 she uses laura/Gabbys mind as a conduit, redirecting trinarys mind through them so that she can reach millions of sentinites and shut them down. She also channels in the minds of Kurt and Gambit to add mental strength. Only downside is she became so occupied that Nova found her way into jeans mind.

X-men red #9. A battle between Jean, Rachel and Nova. It was very Meh. Nova controls Rachel to attack Jean with TK blasts that Jean shields from. Then Jean stops Rachel with a mental attack. Then Nova wants to kill Rachel with tp, then Jean says she will surrender if Nova let's Rachel go.

Jean let's down her psi defenses, allows Nova to read her mind, then Nova removes her psychic hold on Rachel, Rachel gives Nova a tk punch to the face. Rachel flies away. Nova blows up Jean grey with telekinesis when her defenses her down.

Anyway, it was a psychic construct, Jean is actually in searebro miles away, she creates another psychic projection and makes it grow into a giant, then gives a speech. The end. Meh.

Anyways, hope Jean does something interesting in Extermination #4 this week.

And hopefully in the Typhoid fever crossovers and Disassembled crossovers that start in November, next week.

I’m not sure how much she gleaned from Teen Jean, but she corrects herself in the pronoun game, saying “they....he....was psi-shielded”. She also mentions tracking Bobby’s trail to the spot in the scan.

@del_torro: Typhoid Fever: X-Men is out now. Typhoid Mary is about as powerful as Jean is in this issue, but lacks experience, which is where Jean really shines in the Issue. Some good feats for Jean, even though there might be some jobbing to go along with the feats from Jean as well.

@PyroFN: what good feats -_-? Are you talking about her fighting storm for stealing her man Bishop.

She controlled them and had them acting out a telenovela where Bishop was cheating on storm with Jean.

Here she removes the psychic suggestion Cassandra Nova placed in Storms mind to destroy all mutants.

Here she reads T'challas mind to get his knowledge of the brain, connects to trinarys mind to sense the location of the Sentinite. Then she uses her telekinesis to remove the nano sized robots. (a cool feat, Bu Taylor here claims that it's the smallest thing Jean has used to on, when she's used it on atoms and molecules before. Plus he downplays he telekinetic sensitivity since she's been able to sense nano sized objects and shouldn't need trinary).

A cool feat from the issue, but not for Jean. Gentle is able to react to and intercept a lightning bolt.

Another feat. She creates a mind meld between the soldiers and the mutants, allowing them to see how things are from each other's perspective. Because of this, some of the soldiers decide to stop fighting and let the mutants go.

@geekryan: Mary besting Jean is relative, but she did indeed take down Iceman. Jean did show resistance towards Mary’s illusions, but she fell for the illusion and ends up fighting her teammates.

The story is an absolute mess. Somehow, and I don’t know how as you can see by the last scan, somehow, Jean while under the influence of Typhoids illusion, somehow managed to wiggle through Mary’s defenses and found Mary’s personality and pull it to the surface when an opening came in. (I assume that’s what she meant since she described the psychic onslaught as a hurricane and she was just passing through the eye when she found Mary’s personality. It’s a messy explanation)

•Extermination 5- In a scene where everyone is fighting, Jean is seen stalemating Rachel. And I assume she is doing his whole trying to figure out how to cure the Hounds since that is what Cable instructed her to do.
