The firey energy doesn't mean she's using the Phoenix, during seagles run and Revolution run and kinda in endsong, her energy was fiery, it has also been shown as blue or pink.

Around the time she was said to be the most powerful psi, she and nate were implied to be equal during that period. Like when she confronted Madeline, she seemed equal to Maddy, and said something like, "she's my clone, her powers her around your level, she can't fight the two of us,".

And when she, Scott and nate fought, her tk did better against the Guardians of the mkraan crystal than his which got oneshotted.

Question ; apart from scanning the planet to find Xavier, does Jean have a planetary feats, or really long range telepathy feats without cerebro

i don't think she hasn't done what rachel did when she communicated with the x-men when she was galaxies away from the planet

She sent a telepathic message from the Moon to the Earth. She was able to maintain telepathic contact with every X-Man on Earth and thus sensed when some of them in various locations across the globe had been attacked and possessed by demons during Black Sun. She was able to sense that Cyclops was not on Earth as Emma believed after she (Jean) was able to sense that they had been scanned from space by the Shi'ar. She was able to communicate with Wolverine while she was in Europe and he was in the mansion during revolution. She communicated with the Cuckoos while she was on a plane when they wanted revenge against Emma for the death of their sister. She sensed the battle of Seth and Odin as it was happening in Asgard. When several Xmen were transported to another dimension to help with Juggernaut, Jean without Cererbro was able to sense that they were no longer on Earth when she scanned for them, suggesting she scanned the globe looking for them since she never went to us the machine after her initial scan. She sensed Maddie and Nate in the Swiss Alps from the mansion. She had an entire girls day with Storm via astral projection half a world away.

I know about the moon one during xcutioners song and that she was able to sense Pharaoh akhenaten before he reached the solar system and she Astral projected to another universe , which comic did the battle between Odin and Seth happen, and juggernaut one too.

Also, how far from Earth were the shiar in new xmen when Scott was on their shopping.

Thanks man, but I think Wolverine was using cerebro in Revolution and Jean used cerebro when she communicated with storm (though that might have been because of the nanites in her system)

There was no distance given we just know the Shi'ar were off world when she sensed them scan the mansion and was able to tell that Scott was on the main ship.

Wolverine used Cerebro to find her, but he is not a telepath, any communication that happened was due to her telepathy and she was not using Cerebro.

You may be right about the Storm/Jean interaction.

@del_torro: Thank you. The respect thread is great. I found a great Jean feat, though I'm unsure of the context surrounding it. Jean vs Professor X, he gets first hit, she resists until Scott tries to take him down. Kitty saves the Professor and Jean strikes.

@PyroFN: that's not even a real feat, the guy who made the respect thread didn't check the context, the whole issue was an illusion Orchestrated by Xavier with Jeans help to put the Xmen in a state of chaos and probe their minds to find out who was a Skrull, so everything that happened, didn't actually happen.

@ursaber: it's sad, the way they retconned her power, in claremonts original run, when more was testing green Phoenix Jean, she said that it was jeans full potential manifesting. I hope they atleast return her to that powerlevel without the Phoenix.

A lot of Jean stuff coming this year, Xmen Blue, Jean grey Solo, The Phoenix generations one shot with original Jean grey. And the Phoenix is appearing next week in Thanos and the mighty Thor

@del_torro: The only good thing that came with Claremonts retcon was that we got to see more of Jean. Truly I don't want to see her permanently dead and sadly she's been gone for about 12 years.

As for Jean stuff, I HATE/LOATHE/ABHOR Teen Jean.

Its super insulting that the first Jean Grey solo comic will feature a crappy doppelganger rather than the ORIGINAL JEAN.

Its equally counter productive and asinine that Original Jean's legacy character, is herself but younger. Absolutely stupid. It would've been far better if Hope or Rachel were Jean's successors.

Heavily despise the 05 and wish they were destroyed which sadly they wont be. They're just literally a cheap gimmick for the sole purpose of doing things differently in a WHAT IF manner.

I just hope that Original Jean is resurrected fully and not just to appear in Generations. I want to see Original Jean take over the Jean Grey comic book and rejoin or form her own mutant team.

Also ScottXJean as well but that may take far longer :(

I like that Bunn is addressing Jeans former abuse of power, Hopeless Jean seems a bit to quirky and bouncy to me tho.

So Teen Jean has been racking up a nice list of feats sim 2013(12?) when she was brought back. I don't have scans for most of them, so I'll be listing the feats I remember off the top of my head.

Pink Mode:

Ability that combines telepathy and Telekinesis, involves absorbing/draining psionic energy from the environment and other people to power herself.

Feats

- draining psionic energy from the Kree Supreme intelligence, a being created from millions of Kree minds, with its own telepathic powers

- soloing an army of Kree accusers

- taking a head to head collision against Gladiator at full speed

- blasting gladiator into a shiar ship and destroying the ship

- knocking down diamond form Emma frost with a blast

- absorbing energy from Xavier Junior and taking him out with the aid of X23

Telepathy

Ability to read minds... And do a whole lot of other weird stuff, I can't explain lol

Feats

-projecting an illusion of dark Phoenix to the X-men

- soloing the shiar guard and putting them all to sleep. This was when she was in a bubble that prevented her from using her powers

-taking an hivemind of hundreds of brood

- a broodcontrolled Jean put Old man Logan through he'll, making him think he was still in his own timeline and messing him up

- putting someone who's mind was like a black hole to sleep

- putting Black Tom Cassidy to sleep

- Masking the presence of the Xmen from people by tweaking their perceptions

- projecting visions of ponies and rainbows into a Japanese woman's mind lol

-kicking Psylocke out of the xmens mind during civil war 2

- scanning telepathically from new York and finding old man Logan in Canafa

- reading the minds of anole , glob, Martha and finding out everything they went through in the year they spent in the future and sharing the info with the Xmen

- putting wolverine to sleep

- mind wiping Warren

- putting Karma in a illusion

-fighting Xorna Jean grey with the aid of Emma frost and the cuckoos. She was the last one standing against Xorna Jean.

- learning how to shield telepathically from Rachel, and using it to shield herself from Xorna jeans scans

- protecting an illusion of herself as Adult Jean to Emma frost in diamond form. Pis by Bendis tho

- telepathic therapy to save nightcrawler from his insanity

That's the most I can remember, Extraordinary-x-men was a snooze fest and forgettable, and I mind wiped myself of half of the atrocities Bendis committed in all new X-men

Telekinesis

The ability to move things with your mind... And fly... And make force fields... And transmute matter... Eh.

Feats

-propelling herself underwater with TK to keep up with Namor swimming at high speeds. The average atlantean top speed is 60mph,while namors top is 599.9 mph. So she's moving really fast if it's something between these two figures.

- using a shield to contain an exploding unstable inhuman hybrid cyclops clone. Pretty impressive since we know cyclops blast can blow off mountains.

-shielding from an exploding reaver (bomb head)

-shielding from an army of demons in limbo

- keeping a ship filled with water afloat and keeping it from sinking

- taking apart wolverines motorcycle

- pulling together oxygen molecules while shielding the Xmen in space and providing air pressure for them.

- shielding from blasts from Bastion

- deflecting blasts from purifiers

- Levitating hundreds of mole men or whatever those guys were

- Ripping apart sentinels, meh, everyone does it

- throwing a car to the top of a electricity pole

Micellaneous

Has fought Ultimate doctor doom and he called her the strongest psi he's ever fought (bull tho, ultimate Jean is stronger)

Ultimate claimed Tean is stronger than her (Bendis was drunk, I swear)

She has soloed the wrecking crew

She has soloed the Imperial guard

She has soloed an army Accusers

She beat Xorna Jean (PIS, massive)

That's all I can remember for now, not much but still an impressive list

@del_torro: I agree wholeheartedly with the observation of Resurexxion Jean.

Also, don't forget to add:

-Was able to use her telepathy to stay linked with Logan and Nightcrawler, in spite of some psychic shield or power dampeners, in Extraordinary Annual.

-In X-Men Blue, (issue two if I'm not correct) she demonstrated the ability to irease the X-Mens power through telepathy like our Jean did.

-Claimed to have been capable of moving all the cars in the parking garage that one of the wrecking crew members his in to find him.

-Telekinetic ally set a truck in a pole. (How on Earth did she manage to balance that thing?)

-Using Cerebro and Cerebra, having only little trouble using the latter despite having no seen training in using the machine.

-Finding Hope Summers despite the fact that Hopes mind hides her from Cerebra's scans. (Most likely PIS or a small detail forgotten by Hopeless, but its there.)

@PyroFN: I can't believe I forgot her boosting abilities, that happened like two months ago. Lol, it shows how fast Blue is moving with double shipping. I didn't know hope was invisible to cerebro, I thought that was what detected her when she was born
