    1) In what issue did Jean Grey recharge Wolverine's healing factor?

    2) Has Jean been shown to heal others? If so, what issue?

    3) Although it has been stated that she can resurrect others, has it been shown in any comic that she can resurrect other beings?

    1) ..............Uh, I don't remember this being a thing.... @lordofallhumans, @koays, @del_torro, @marvelfan1992: Has this ever been a thing?

    2) Sort of.

If you mean Jean's own abilities: She doesn't necessarily heal others directly. She can aid them in healing themselves though, what she usually does telekinetically is she would hold their bodies together to keep them from falling apart otherwise, such as when she kept Scott's body from falling apart and blowing up by keeping some nanotech apart. Or when she held Logan's body together after Magneto tore the Adamantium from his body. She also tends to make blood clot to stop bleeding. Telepathically, Jean can reconstruct a person's memory and block the pain receptors. If need be, she can download medical knowledge too if she has to do emergency psionic surgery.

She held Scott's body together in Opertion: Zero Tolerance Arc in the issues: Wolverine #118 ;X-Men vol 2 #70.

She held Logan's body together in Fatal Attractions Arc issues: X-Men vol 2 #25; Wolverine #75

Telepathically reconstructing memories have been done on with Professors help in Wolverine #49 and on her own in X-Men Annual #17.

She has made blood clot in New X-Men vol 1 #126.

She has blocked pain receptors in Uncanny X-Men vol 1 #306.

She has downloaded knowledge on human anatomy from Beast in New X-Men vol 1 #141 and reviewed knowledge on the mind (or brain) from Black Panther in X-Men: Red #4.

If you mean her Phoenix abilities: It is kind of a given that if Jean can resurrect the dead, she should be capable of healing another person. She has directly healed the M'Kraan Crystal, which was said to be alive, though she did this through cosmic level psionics and cosmic energy power. When the Phoenix took Jean's soul for itself, she saw her original body in a corpse like state, yet clinging to life. So she put in a tk cocoon to allow it to heal. Finally, there was a time when both she and her sister were turned into Atlanteans. On instinct, she is capable of turning her body back to normal, but her sister was more complicated. So, she studied her sisters body for a bit before taking it apart at the subatomic level and putting it back together as a human again. Then there is White Phoenix of the Crown, when she heals an orphan universe.

She healed the M'Kraan Crystal in Uncanny X-Men vol 1 #108.

She has healed her original body in Classic X-Men #8. That body reawakened in Fantastic Four vol 1 #286.

She finally recreated her sisters body in Bizarre Adventures #27.

She heals an orphan universe in New X-Men vol 1 #154.

Something more complicated to explain:Back in New X-Men, Morrison never really explains the extent of the Phoenix that Jean taps into. So, the one that is most noted when it comes to Jean putting together a body is when she reconstructed Emma Frosts diamond form, which I kind of referenced when referring to her taking medical knowledge from Beast. His knowledge on human anatomy is what helped Jean put Emma's pieces in the right place. The problem was melding the pieces together, which was accompanied by fire. So this one is in a weird in-between because of Morrison's vagueness.

    3) As Jean Grey: No. Jean at best has briefly halted death from one person before. The rest are examples of her connecting those close to death, but not directly stopping them from dying. The first case was from her friend, Annie, when she was 10 or 12. The age varies, but basically when she was a child, she briefly connected to Annie telepathically and stopped her from dying before Annie started to die again. Her resurrection mostly involves raising herself from the dead, not others.

She briefly halting Annie's death is basically her origin story, so you will occasionally come across it when reading stuff involving her. It first came about in Bizarre Adventures #27, but it was also touched upon in X-Men Origins: Jean Grey, Marvel Girl one-shot, and Uncanny X-Men vol 1 #241.

As Phoenix: Again, I point to the time where she rebuilds her sisters body. She basically has to take it apart by trillions of cells and put it back together.

Beyond that, its mostly bringing herself back to life. However, Jean has been noted to be unmatched by any host, with all the Phoenix powers at her disposal because of close her bond is. So, generally, she is inferred to be capable of resurrecting the dead by way of other hosts and, well, when she resurrects herself. Many lesser Phoenix hosts have raised themselves and others from the dead, as it is par for the course for the Phoenix Force to be reborn and raise life in the ashes of destruction.
