    Joseph Jason Namakaeha Momoa was born on August 1, 1979 in Honolulu, Hawaii. He is an American actor, model, director, writer, and producer.

    Momoa was officially cast as Aquaman after much speculation in the upcoming Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice film. The film is set for release on March 25th, 2016.
