as for Fighting demons, he has done several times in the past, but he prefers fighting Angels as those are the ones that are always coming for him

the Angel's are foot soldiers of the Angelus, it's an age old conflict, basically order (angelus) Vs Chaos (darkness) with the Witchblade as the neutral party...

it's been going on for millenia...

I myself am actually kinda religious myself, So I was concerned about the comic but this guy started the thread and so now that somebody answered him and answered me......

I'm gonna check this comic out.

the first series was sort of tongue in cheek humor with dark tastes...

the second series was darker but still funny in parts...

the third series is just pure darkness with no humor whatsoever...

You should totally check it out.  The Darkness is always a good read, which is funny when you consider that Jackie shouldn't be that relatable as a character and yet it works and works well.
